Sr. Web Developer

Role: We're looking for an experienced Web Developer & Designer to join our team in Thane, someone who can both build and lead — managing a small team while staying hands-on with design and development.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web design & development
• Portfolio of 50+ websites designed/developed
• Strong hands-on skills in: Figma, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, HTML, React JS, JavaScript
• Backend/database experience with MySQL and MongoDB
• Proven leadership ability — must have led or managed a team
• Must be based in or near Thane

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites and e-commerce stores
• Lead and mentor a team of developers/designers, reviewing their work and ensuring quality
• Manage end-to-end project delivery — from wireframe/Figma design to deployment
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements
• Maintain code quality, performance, and design standards across projects

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
