We are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer to develop and manage custom WordPress & WooCommerce websites.

You will be responsible for back-end development, including developing WordPress themes and plugins.

• Partner with design & content teams to create responsive, high-performance WordPress websites that deliver tangible results.

• Craft custom themes and plugins that meet client needs, without overengineering.

• Keep sites fast, secure, and easy to navigate through vigilant performance monitoring and practical optimisations.

• Mentor junior developers with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to best coding practices.

• Manage development projects to ensure timely, quality execution without unnecessary complications.

• 4+ years of WordPress development experience, with a portfolio that reflects custom, efficient solutions.

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Mysql, and version control (e.g., Git).

• A problem-solving attitude with a focus on practical, effective fixes.

• Excellent collaboration skills to bridge the gap between the technical and creative teams.
