IMCS Staffing is looking for a skilled Workday Functional Analyst I for an opportunity with Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Position Details

• Job Title: Workday Functional Analyst I – HCM & Training Focus
• Location: Tulsa, OK (Remote or Hybrid)
• Contract Duration: November 9, 2026 – November 10, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Minimum Salary: $82,742.40
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, test, and support Workday applications.
• Analyze business processes and implement system enhancements.
• Provide end-user training, guidance, and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and technology partners.
• Support application updates, releases, and implementation projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Functional Workday experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HCM workflows and application functionality.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, training, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
