• Support the Global Talent Acquisition team in their day to day system needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions.
• Proactively identify data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT to resolve complex Job application, Hire, Offer challenges etc.
• Actively manage and efficiently resolve support tickets submitted through the HR support ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure timely and effective solutions for employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with various HR teams and potentially other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive user experience.
• Support the integration of AI tools to enhance reporting and training capabilities.

Skills:

• Good understanding & experience in recruiting BPs like Job Application , Offer , Interview , and Hire .
• Understanding of how requisition templates are set up, approval chains, and multi-position requisitions work.
• Experience building reports that track candidates through every stage from Application Received to Screen , Interview , Offer , and Hire . Look for phrases like "Candidate Pipeline Reporting" or "Funnel Velocity.
• Created and maintained custom Advanced and Matrix reports to track daily Talent Acquisition metrics, including sourcing channel effectiveness (LinkedIn vs. Indeed ROI) and time-to-hire.
• A recruiting Analytics specialist must prove they understand the recruitment lifecycle.
• Analyse existing talent acquisition workflows and continuously streamline Workday Business Processes (BPs) to reduce time-to-hire and eliminate system bottlenecks.
• Developed automated weekly reports using Report Writer to alert Talent Acquisition managers of candidates stuck in the "Offer Approval" or "Background Check" stages for longer than 48 hours.
• Built calculated fields to group candidate application data by region, department, and source, enabling cleaner data visualization on recruiting summaries.
• Generated routine ad-hoc reports from the Job Application and Candidate business objects to support weekly recruiting operations.
• Assisted the senior team in auditing candidate data integrity within the Workday Recruiting module, resolving duplicate profile issues.
• Maintained internal and external Workday Career Site analytics to measure applicant drop-off rates on the job portal.
