Role & responsibilities

Identify and engage with working professionals across diverse industries to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable UG and PG courses from various universities.

• Understand the needs of professionals, guide them through the program options, and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential learnersthrough effective communication via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries and providing detailed information about program benefits and career opportunities.
• Maintain an organized database of interested professionals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize enrollments.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departmentsto refine engagement strategies and optimize processes for higher education promotions

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or sales within the higher education sector, specifically promoting UG and PG courses.
• Proficient in CRM tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
