Sr./Crewing Operations Manager

We are hiring a Crewing Operations Manager (or Senior Crewing Operations Manager, depending on experience) to lead and manage crewing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective team performance, and smooth deployment of seafarers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day crewing operations and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage documentation, contracts, and visa processes
• Lead and supervise a team of Crewing Officers and Assistants
• Handle escalated crew issues and disciplinary cases
• Coordinate with recruitment on crew requirements
• Approve contracts and outgoing invoices
• Conduct crew briefings and PDOS sessions
• Report team performance and issues to General Manager
• Close IRIS cases and ensure operational continuity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years’ experience in crew manning, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, crew certifications, and immigration requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
