Job highlights

• Experience in setting up APM tool from scratch,understanding of different agents available in APM tool,their use etc
• Working understanding of good software,network,and systems design is preferred.
• . 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and using Azure cloud services and tools for monitoring,automation,CI-CD,Traffic Management etc

Total exp 12+ yrs

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and using Azure cloud services and tools for monitoring, automation, CI-CD, Traffic Management etc.

• 5+ years of experience in setting up and auditing CI-CD pipelines for deployments, automation etc.

• 3+ years of strong experience in setting up observability framework for prod and non-prod env including automation using APM tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, OpenSearch

• Sound experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes applications set up, infrastructure usage, data pipelines etc. in production env.

• Strong experience in setting up SLOs, monitoring and improving reliability of platform

• Experience in setting up Synthetic monitoring in production

• Experience in setting up APM tool from scratch, understanding of different agents available in APM tool, their use etc.

• Good exposure to Resiliency, Incident management and Observability Best Practices

• The ability to guide and mentor other members within the team and improve the way to collaborate, learn, and share ideas

• Excellent understanding of SRE concepts and culture

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Nice to have skills & experience:

Working understanding of good software, network, and systems design is preferred

Experience in Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
