Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. If you're passionate about cloud-native technologies, automation, observability, and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems and modern distributed architectures.

You'll collaborate closely with Development, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of customer-facing platforms and services.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud-native applications and platforms
• Drive automation and operational excellence across distributed environments
• Design and maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs with engineering and business stakeholders
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, reliability risks, and optimization opportunities
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities
• Improve platform stability through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability and operational best practices throughout the SDLC
• Support CI/CD processes and platform modernization initiatives
• Contribute to platform security, resilience, and operational readiness

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering , Production Operations, or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience supporting business-critical and high-availability environments
• Expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support
• Hands-on experience with Linux , Docker , and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms such as:
• OpenTelemetry
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• ELK Stack
• Splunk
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, including:
• Terraform
• Ansible
• Azure DevOps
• GitHub Actions
• Good understanding of networking concepts and distributed systems architectures
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
