Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SRE Tech Lead with strong Python development and production operations expertise to ensure the reliability, scalability, availability, performance, and security of production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SRE activities focused on system reliability, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Develop automation and reliability solutions using Python.
• Drive observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements.
• Manage production incidents, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Design and implement scalable and highly available production platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Lead and mentor the SRE team and ensure effective delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
• Interact confidently with customers and take end-to-end ownership of issues.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Strong production operations and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, automation, and incident management.
• Strong understanding of scalability, availability, performance, and security.
• Team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
