Job description –Sr.Engineer / Engineer – Sourcing & Vendor development

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers and vendors to provide goods and services that meet the needs of the organization Develop and maintain accurate "Should Cost" models for various manufacturing processes, including NPD (New Product Development) and existing products. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the organization Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on factors such as cost, quality, and delivery Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure favourable terms and conditions Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Key Responsibilities
