职位概述 We are seeking a commercially minded professional to join our Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) team. In this role, you will be the bridge between financial feasibility and technical reality.

Main responsibilities

• Development of commercial proposals and innovative EaaS deal structures. Actively support and participate in the negotiation of commercial terms with clients to ensure win-win outcomes.
• Financial Engineering: Provide comprehensive financial modeling support, including building investment-grade models, conducting sensitivity analyses, and updating valuations as project scopes evolve.
• Technical Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical/Engineering team to translate technical energy savings (HVAC/EMC) into commercial inputs, ensuring the project structure aligns with physical performance capabilities.
• Investment Governance: Prepare board-quality investment approval papers and materials for internal governance, ensuring all risks and returns are clearly articulated for decision-makers.
• Project Due Diligence: Coordinate and execute due diligence activities for strategic projects, working across departments to validate commercial, legal, and operational assumptions.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Commercial team in business planning, market research, and managing sponsor/stakeholder relationships.

Competencies required

• Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Financial Modeling (Must): Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You should be comfortable with data consolidation, complex formulas, and building dynamic financial projections.
• Commercial Acumen: A basic understanding of contract logic and a desire to grow in commercial negotiation.
• Technical Literacy (Plus): A basic understanding of Energy Management, HVAC systems, or M&E infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to technical teams and vice-versa. Qualification and experience required

• Experience: While we are open to high-potential candidates with no prior experience, 1–2 years of experience in project finance, ESCO, or investment analysis will be viewed favorably.
• Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
