Roles and Responsibilities :

• Specialized Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management: End-to-end recruitment for niche political roles, including Political Strategists, Data Analysts, Field Survey Vendors, Content Writers, and Campaign Managers. Should have an active network of vendors working in the industry.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Provide support to the HR team in recruitment processes by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing job descriptions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience as an recruitment and  administration or in a similar role within the Event Management/Campaign Management/Retail/Ecommerce/ Political consulting/ Election Management etc industry
• Good in communication
