Sr.executive - Production Planner (PPIC)

Job Summary

• Any degree in Bachelor having good knowledge in PPC.
• Full understanding of Production,Planning and contro.
• Pro level at Word Excel, MIS, Ghant Chart.
• Ability to multitask
• Leadership and conflict management skills
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on production output, inventory status, and forecast accuracy.
• Analyse production data to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards for capacity utilization, inventory turnover, and order fulfilment rate

Responsibilities and Duties

• 1. Co-ordinate for Sales orders - Manage and co-ordinate all sales order ensuring co-ordination of timely procurement of materials and supplies necessary for production.
• 2. to co-ordinate with production team on formulation, ensuring accuracy and adherence of formulation specifications.
• 3. Coordinate with sales and production team to facilitate the packing of the products according to customer specific requirements.
• 4. Must coordinate with production team and give product readiness dates along with dispatch dates. Must be able to understand the customer need from the sales person and accordingly coordinate with production to meet the deadlines
• 5. Verify ongoing packing process with standards and specifications.
• 6. Maintain master record of all the packing and labelling for different products, customers, and markets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancement within the team

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

Specific Skills

• 7-8 years of relevant PPIC/production planning experience, with a significant portion in a biofertilizer, biopesticide, biostimulants, or agrochemical company.

Experience

Minimum 8 Years

Education Qualification

BE/B. Tech - Any or BBA/MBA in Operations/Supply Chain

Preferred companies

Agriculture, Bio science, Bio Agricuture.
