Sr.Manager SCM and purchase (Pharma )

We are growing fast in the pharmaceutical distribution space and looking for a strategic leader to run our centralized procurement and supply chain.

About the role:
Own procurement strategy, vendor partnerships, inventory planning, and logistics across all our warehouses and distribution channels, ensuring medicines are always available, at the right cost.

What you will do:
Build and lead centralized procurement strategy
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and long-term supplier agreements
Plan inventory and prevent stock-outs across warehouses
Optimize logistics and supply chain costs
Drive new product sourcing and portfolio expansion
Ensure GST, E-way bill, MSME and regulatory compliance
Lead and build a high-performing procurement team

Who we are looking for:
12–18 years in pharma procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
Prior experience as Head of Procurement / Supply Chain / Purchase
Proven record in vendor negotiation and cost optimization
Graduate or postgraduate in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration (MBA in Supply Chain or Operations preferred)
