Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in building scalable and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on experience in frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using the MERN stack

· Build high-quality, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices

· Design and implement robust frontend and backend architectures

· Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and NoSQL databases

· Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize products

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications

· Participate in agile development processes and CI/CD workflows

· Document development phases, technical specifications, and system updates

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs

· Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

· Good understanding of software architecture and object-oriented programming concepts

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Familiarity with Git, version control, and agile methodologies

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

· Proven experience with live projects and scalable applications

· Knowledge of deployment, performance optimization, and cloud platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹700,000.55 - ₹800,000.94 per year
