Sr.Officer - Recruitment (สรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร)

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire talent across various roles and levels
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, JobsDB, social media, and networking
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports
• Explore different approaches to building diverse talent pipelines that support your sourcing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition
• Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling and data visualization.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
