Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing & procurement plans
- Lead wheat and spices procurement and supplier development
- Drive commercial negotiations and cost optimisation
- Manage vendor performance, audits and risk assessments
- Monitor commodity prices and mitigate price volatility
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO & HACCP standards
- Manage procurement budgets, inventory and cost control
- Lead and develop the procurement team
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
