Sr.Sales Eecutive

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, wholesalers, and fleet customers
• Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and retail/customer network
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with UAE head office for product availability and pricing
• Ensure timely collections and credit control management

Preferred candidate profile

• Heavy/Construction Equipment spare parts / lubricants / industrial trading / FMCG distribution

• Experience in South India market development

• Exposure to local trading companies is an added advantage

• Diploma / Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu automotive / spare parts market

• Minimum 68 years of experience in sales (preferably trading sector)

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Strong dealer/distributor/customer network in local market

• Excellent communication in Tamil & English.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
