Sr.SEO

Redstar Technologies is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience and a strong understanding of how to develop and execute strategies that improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and support business growth.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to improve website performance, strengthen organic presence, and ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify new opportunities and guide content optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance website health, crawlability, and performance.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO into digital initiatives.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple SEO projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience improving organic rankings, increasing organic traffic, and achieving measurable SEO results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
