• Responsible for Commodity strategy, procurement performance, supplier relationship management and relevant activities for assigned commodity groups.

负责相应品类组的品类策略，采购绩效，供应商关系管理和其他相关任务

• Responsible supplier base and procurement performance，such as Cost Saving, Quality and Delivery etc for assigned commodity groups.

负责相应品类组的供应商管理和成本节约，质量，交货等采购绩效

• Form and implement the commodity strategy. 完成并执行品类组策略
• Implement the daily sourcing activities to cover all Sourcing processes like RFQ, cost evaluation, negotiation and contracting etc.

完成日常涵盖采购流程的各项采购活动，例如询价、成本评估、谈判和合同签署等。

• Implement daily operation including relevant data maintenance SAP and operational purchasing activities according to the process. 完成日常工作包括SAP中相关采购数据的维护和按照其他流程需要采购配合的日常采购任务。
• Supplier sourcing, developing, monitoring and risk controlling for assigned commodity groups.

负责相应品类组的供应商寻源，发展，监控和风险控制。

• Drive cross function collaboration and utilize the supplier intelligence to define the opportunities to optimize the total cost. 通过跨部门合作和利用供应商资源对总成本进行优化。
• Increase localization ratio of the for assigned commodity groups in China plant. 提升所负责品类组的国产化率。
• Support group global sourcing activities and projects via supplier resource in China or Asia. 利用中国或者亚太的供应商资源支持集团的全球采购活动和项目。
• Support Engineering team to carry out development projects and ECN management. 支持工程团队进行新项目研发和与工程变更管理。
• Support to develop the competence of the team and share the knowledge as the expert in specific area.

支持发展团队的专业能力，并且作为专家分享在相关领域分享知识。

• Take the project leader for assigned procurement project.

担任相应的采购项目的项目负责人。

• Finish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成领导布置的其它任务。 任职资格：
• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or similar 大学本科及以上，工科背景相关专业毕业
• At least 5 years experience in strategic sourcing 最少5年战略采购经验
• Experience in multi-national company is preferred ***有跨国企业经验工作经验
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 良好的中英文书写口头表达能力
• Proficient in the Procurement Knowledge area such as Cost Reduction, Negotiation, Contract management, Market Scouting etc 精通采购的专业能力包括各种成本节约手段，谈判，合同管理，市场寻源等
• Proficient in the knowledge of respective product group（Electrical / Electronic / Sheet metal / Hydraulic / Plastic / non-production material, etc.） 精通所负责的品类组产品知识(电子电气、金属件、液压件、塑料件或非生产物料等)
• Familiar with SAP / ERP software SAP/ERP 熟练操作SAP/ERP等软件
• Strong responsibility, hard-working, good sense of pro-active 责任心强，工作认真，积极主动
• Good communication skill, persuasiveness, implementation and team-work
