Sr.Store In-change

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sr.Store In-charge to join our dynamic team at KAEFER Engineering (Thailand) Limited'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's store, ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting the wider administrative functions.

Responsibilities

1. Managing and maintaining the company's inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment
2. Conducting regular stock takes and reconciling inventory records to ensure accuracy
3. Implementing and monitoring effective stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage space
4. Assisting with the preparation of purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
5. Providing administrative support to the wider team, including filing, data entry, and general office duties
6. Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure efficient and seamless operations

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Procument or a similar store management or inventory control role
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders
4. Proficient in the use of inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
7. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP, ZOHO
