Sr.Technician - Urban

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• • Main responsibility includes preparation of Municipal Drawings and Working Drawings while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame.
  • Assist in executing the project design and construction details.
  • Apply the knowledge of Rules Regulations of PMC, PCMC other sanctioning authorities while preparing good for construction Municipal Drawings.
  • Maintain same level of communication with other Sr. Technicians in other teams
  • Undertake day to day duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems
  • Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
  • Use company resources in a responsible manner.
  • Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and under time pressure.

Essential Competencies:

• • Excellent Drafting skills- Thorough in AutoCAD
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Rules Regulations pertaining to sanctioning bodies.
  • Experience in handling large scale Projects
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of being an active part in communication channels within the team and with the client.
  • Experience is working individually and within a team
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity
  • Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.

Preferred Skills:

• Pre DCR Auto DCR Software.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop /or any 3D modelling tool.
