Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android device enrollment using Microsoft Intune.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Apple ecosystem integrations.
- Manage and support Android /iOS/IpadEnterprise deployments.
- Configure and troubleshoot NDES (Network Device Enrollment Service), Microsoft Certificate Connector, and certificate-based authentication.
- Create, deploy, and maintain Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Conditional Access integrations, and Remediation Scripts.
- Design and implement Device Restriction Policies across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android platforms.
- Administer and troubleshoot BitLocker encryption, recovery key management, and compliance reporting.
- Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB), Feature Updates, Quality Updates, and Patch Rings through Intune.
- Implement and support Windows Driver Management, Driver Update Policies, firmware updates, and update monitoring.
