SSME MI (Senior)Hardware Engineering Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Establish, manage and develop the hardware engineering team and topics covering the innovation, engineering and sustaining of system hardware, for best performance, quality and cost combination.

Responisbilities: Oversee activities of hardware engineering team and the responsible components, including: function block development, team development, solution development and technical lead.

• Ramp up and develop team according the short/long term business needs.
• Ensure team delivery according to project needs on quality, cost and time.
• End to end solution innovation, development and lifetime maintenance of solutions within involved function blocks, covering mechatronics, EE and control.
• Ensure the integrality, testability, reliability of the products at component level
• Lead the team to develop and maintain solution roadmap of involved function blocks, applying state of art industry technologies, R&D tools and method.
• As technical lead in at least one of the function blocks, responsible for technology roadmap, solution pipeline, technical review and consultant on the respective area.
• Lead major technical topics with project team and provide feasible solutions.
• Jointly drive integration and close collaboration with global hardware engineering team.
• Inherit, optimize design guideline and specification, as well as material and process database.
• Establish and maintain smooth collaboration relationship with internal and external stakeholders and eco-system partners.
• Maintain and optimize process and operation mechanism for agile development.
• Lead/contribute to special assignment by supervisor.

Requirements：

• ＞8 years experience on hardware engineering of medical equipment or equivalent complex systems, in depth in at least one of the function blocks.
• ＞3 years team management experience and track record of developing topics and team.
• Soft skill: Systematic thinking; good communication skill, learning agility, resilient and situational awareness.
• Master or above in material science, mechatronic, electric engineering, etc.
