SSME MP Senior Project Engineer

Areas Of Responsibilities

• SP&PO (Strategic project & portfolio) Project management, lead end-to-end footprint evaluation project management, from business case drafting, solution exploration and stakeholder alignment to driving cross-functional discussions and final business case approval.
• Support on key strategy and business development projects.
• Assist SSME MP strategy planning, evaluate and execute business initiatives or objectives.
• Manage or lead key cross-functional & institutional projects to improve operational excellence & productivity.
• Organize or support various collaboration topics, e.g. management meetings & reviews, strategy workshops, customer-focused footprint discussion meetings and partner events, etc.
• Regular communication with global SP&PO team to support and coordinate the regional implementation of global strategic programs.
• Other tasks assigned by superior. Dimension of Function/Volume: Propose and develop regional strategies and implement business development objectives. Contacts (internal/external): Business line management and project team, incl. CT/XP/MI/MR/AT/TC/US/DX Centers, etc. External partners, hospitals, government officials, etc Experience At least 3 year working experience in healthcare industry. Project management and medical equipment development knowledge. With experience in strategic or business development projects, working in cross function teams with global collaboration is preferred. Solid capability in Office tools. Good communication skills and be able to work under pressure, driving for results regardless of obstacles. Education Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in Medical or business management
