SSW Trainee

We are looking for committed and motivated individuals to join our SSW program for Cabling Jointing Works in Japan. If you already have a JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certificate, are interested in working in Japan, and are willing to learn and undergo hands-on training, then you may be the one we are looking for.

This opportunity is open to those who are eager to grow, train for technical skills, and build a long-term career in Japan under the SSW program.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certificate (JLPT N4 preferred)
• Must possess a valid passport
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Physically fit and healthy, with no tattoos
• Willing to be trained and pass the required Skills Proficiency Examination for SSW qualification
• Willing to work in various locations across Japan
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and professional growth
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in electrical or telecommunications work is an advantage, but not required
• Must be open to new challenges and enthusiastic about working in an international setting
