ST (Kitchen Support Team or Kitchen Stewarding)

Core Responsibilities

• Sanitation & Hygiene: Operate industrial dishwashing machines, wash cookware manually, and deep-clean kitchen floors, walls, vents, and workstations.
• Equipment & Utensil Management: Ensure timely availability of clean cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cookware for chefs and service teams.
• Waste & Chemical Control: Segregate wet and dry waste, handle garbage disposal safely, and store cleaning chemicals according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards.
• Stock & Inventory Support: Track cleaning supplies, PPE, and chemical inventory, reporting shortages to management.
• Team & Shift Coordination: (For supervisory roles) Manage duty rosters, train new stewards, monitor grooming/punctuality, and coordinate closely with the culinary department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant areas
• Wash utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment, and cookware
• Ensure proper washroom cleaning and maintenance
• Perform floor mopping and general housekeeping activities
• Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness during operations
• Refill cleaning supplies and maintain sanitation materials
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure dining and back-area cleanliness as per company standards

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
