About the Role:

Love Help Care Family Support LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Program Director to lead our St. Louis program operations out of Indianapolis, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and communities by guiding a dedicated team toward delivering exceptional support services. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality family support services
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and outcomes
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor program staff and volunteers
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources
• Monitor program budgets, reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Collect and analyze program data to drive continuous improvement and report on impact
• Serve as a key liaison between program staff and organizational leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• (3+ years of experience in program management, social services, or family support services
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a nonprofit or community-based setting
• Strong knowledge of family support systems, case management, and community resources
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with program budgeting, grant compliance, and outcome reporting
• Compassionate, mission-driven, and committed to serving diverse populations
