Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Staff Nurse with 1–2 years of hospital experience to provide nursing care, assist doctors, and support day-to-day healthcare operations at our client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and first aid to employees and patients.

- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.

- Assist doctors during medical examinations and minor procedures.

- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance as required.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.

- Maintain patient records, medical documentation, and daily nursing reports.

- Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and availability of essential medical supplies.

- Follow infection control protocols and healthcare safety standards.

- Support preventive healthcare activities and employee health check-ups.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the Occupational Health Centre (OHC).

- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Eligibility Criteria

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognised institution.

- 1–2 years of relevant hospital nursing experience.

- Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle medical emergencies and work independently.

- Willingness to work at corporate Occupational Health Centre (OHC) locations.

Salary & Benefits
