该职位来源于猎聘 供应商开发与技术管理Supplier Development and Technical Management 1.供应商准入评估：根据海外 OEM 客户项目需求，对新供应商进行技术能力、质量体系、产能及生产工艺的全方位审核，输出准入评估报告。

Supplier Access Assessment: Conduct comprehensive audits of new suppliers' technical capabilities, quality systems, production capacity, and manufacturing processes based on overseas OEM customers' project requirements, and output access assessment reports. 2.APQP & PPAP 过程管理：主导新项目开发阶段的供应商 APQP 策划与推进；完成 PPAP 文件包审核与批准。 APQP & PPAP Process Management: Lead the planning and advancement of supplier APQP during the new project development phase; complete the review and approval of PPAP document packages. 3.技术方案评审：评审供应商提交的工艺流程图（PFD）、PFMEA、控制计划（Control Plan）、MSA 等核心文件，针对 CKD 散件发运场景识别特殊风险并推动预防措施。 Technical Solution Review: Review core documents submitted by suppliers such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA; identify specific risks for CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts shipping scenarios and promote preventive measures. 4.供应商能力提升：针对关键/瓶颈供应商制定帮扶计划，从人机料法环测六个维度推动其过程能力和质量水平达到交付标准。 Supplier Capability Enhancement: Develop support plans for key/bottleneck suppliers, and drive their process capability and quality levels to meet delivery standards from six dimensions: Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment (5M1E). 5.二方审核与体系推进：定期对供应商进行过程审核和体系审核，跟踪不符合项整改闭环。 Second-Party Audit and System Advancement: Conduct regular process and system audits on suppliers, and track the closed-loop rectification of non-conformities. 6.风险预判与项目管控： 同步跟进零部件新项目开发，提前识别工装、产能、试验、供应链风险，把控各节点交付进度，避免整车项目延期。 Risk Anticipation and Project Control: Concurrently follow up on the development of new parts projects, identify tooling, capacity, testing, and supply chain risks in advance, and control the delivery progress at each milestone to avoid delays in whole-vehicle projects. 质量异常处理与持续改进Quality Exception Handling and Continuous Improvement 7.供应商质量异常处理：接收并处理来料/过程/客户端的质量异常，推动根本原因分析和永久纠正措施实施。 Supplier Quality Exception Handling: Receive and handle incoming/in-process/customer-end quality exceptions, and drive root cause analysis and the implementation of permanent corrective actions. 8.跨境质量沟通：作为技术窗口对接海外 OEM 客户的质量投诉（包括 0-km 和售后质量问题），完成技术报告，参与海外客户质量会议。 Cross-border Quality Communication: Act as a technical window to interface with overseas OEM customers regarding quality complaints (including 0-km and after-sales quality issues), complete technical reports, and participate in quality meetings with overseas customers. 9.供应商质量绩效管理：建立供应商质量绩效评价体系（PPM、批次合格率、问题关闭率等），定期输出质量报表，为供应商分级管理和业务分配提供数据支撑。 Supplier Quality Performance Management: Establish a supplier quality performance evaluation system (PPM, batch pass rate, issue closure rate, etc.), regular output quality reports, and provide data support for supplier tier management and business allocation. 10.处理产线停线、售后召回、尺寸超差、材料缺陷、焊接 / 注塑工艺不良等典型零部件质量问题，输出完整 8D 改善报告。 Handle typical parts quality issues such as production line stoppages, after-sales recalls, out-of-tolerance dimensions, material defects, and poor welding/injection molding processes, and output complete 8D improvement reports.
