Job Description – STAAD.Pro Trainer

Position: STAAD.Pro Trainer / Civil Structural Design Trainer
Location: Delhi NCR / West Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance
Experience: 2+ Years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate STAAD.Pro Trainer to conduct practical and industry-oriented training for students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching structural analysis and design concepts along with hands-on implementation using STAAD.Pro.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct STAAD.Pro training sessions for beginners and advanced learners.
• Explain structural analysis and design concepts in a simple, practical manner.
• Provide hands-on training on STAAD.Pro software, including modelling, analysis, design, and interpretation of results.
• Cover practical projects involving RCC and steel structures.
• Teach structural modelling, loading, load combinations, supports, analysis, and design.
• Guide students in preparing and understanding structural drawings and design reports.
• Provide assignments, practical exercises, and project-based learning.
• Resolve students' technical queries and provide individual guidance where required.
• Keep training content updated according to current industry practices.
• Maintain attendance, student progress, and training records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of STAAD.Pro and structural analysis.
• Good understanding of RCC and Steel Structure Design.
• Knowledge of structural modelling, load calculations, load combinations, and design principles.
• Familiarity with IS Codes and Indian structural design practices.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts with practical examples.
