Stability Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a Stability Technician to join our team and support the testing and monitoring of products as they move through development and manufacturing.

This is an entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is interested in learning and gaining experience in a technical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a supervisor and interact with several technical and operational groups throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with batching, filling, and monitoring product stability samples.
• Document and interpret data, with supervision, to support conclusions.
• Investigate and research problems and issues and bring them to the attention of the supervisor.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working within established deadlines.
• Interact with technical support groups, including Analytical Testing Facilities, Regulatory Affairs, Process Development, and Manufacturing.
• Complete assigned tasks under close supervision and in accordance with established objectives and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with others.

A college degree is not required for this position. Previous experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus, but is not required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
