Job Summary:

The Stability Technician will assist with batch scale-up activities and support the execution of the product stability sampling programme. The role involves preparing, monitoring, documenting and interpreting stability samples and data under supervision, while working closely with technical and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with batching, filling and monitoring all product stability samples.
• Document and interpret stability data, under supervision, to support technical conclusions.
• Investigate and research product-related problems or issues, escalating findings to the supervisor.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical support teams, including:
• Analytical testing facilities
• Regulatory Affairs
• Process Development
• Manufacturing
• Complete assigned tasks under close supervision and in accordance with established objectives, procedures and quality standards.
• Support batch scale-up activities as directed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of raw material functions and properties.
• Well-organised, dependable and hardworking.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow established procedures and standards.
