Staf Admin

About the role

PT Langsung Lancar Cemerlang (Lancar Trans) is a bus rental and tourism vehicle company located in Cikarang. We are seeking a competent and dedicated candidate to fill the position of Staff Admin.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions such as bus rental payments, operational invoices, and petty cash management
• Manage all administrative documents related to bus rentals, including creating cooperation contracts, invoices, travel letters, and receipts
• Assist in preparing financial reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Perform cash reconciliation or matching bank transactions with internal company cash flow
• Coordinate actively with operational and logistics teams regarding payment status and completeness of bus travel administration
• Answer prospective rental inquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, or email in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
• Manage and update content on company social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to attract customer interest
• Document fleet buses (photos/videos) and create simple promotional content on a regular basis
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3 from all majors (Accounting, Office Administration, or Finance majors preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, basic finance, or customer service (experience in the transportation/travel industry is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for bookkeeping) and Google Workspace
• Active on social media with basic design/video editing skills using mobile applications (such as Canva, CapCut, or Vn)
• Good communication skills, honest, meticulous with numbers, and disciplined
• Able to work both as part of a team and independently
