STAF EXPORT IMPORT (EXIM)

About the role

CV. Narayani is a furniture export company seeking a professional and competent Export Import (EXIM) Staff member to manage export-import documentation and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documents and administration of the company's export-import activities
• Handle processes and documentation related to KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) facilities
• Ensure completeness of documents and compliance with customs regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external parties related to export-import processes
• Conduct document filing and report EXIM activities periodically

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably from a relevant field
• Work experience in Export Import (EXIM)
• Experience in KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) management is preferred
• Understanding of export-import procedures, customs documents, and related regulations
• Able to manage export-import documents carefully, neatly, and systematically
• Able to coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, PPJK, and other related parties
• Good communication and administrative skills
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
