About the role

This role manages comprehensive recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding. It handles daily HR administration including attendance, leave, payroll calculation, and BPJS (Health & Employment) registration and reporting. The position oversees facilities, cleanliness, security, and office asset maintenance (General Affairs), and manages procurement of operational office supplies efficiently. The role ensures all employment practices comply with applicable Indonesian Labour Laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes comprehensively (job posting, CV screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Handle daily HR administration including attendance, leave, payroll calculation, and BPJS registration and reporting
• Manage and oversee facilities, cleanliness, security, and office asset maintenance
• Conduct procurement of operational office supplies (stationery, pantry supplies, etc.) efficiently
• Ensure all employment practices comply with applicable Indonesian Labour Laws

About you

• Minimum S1 education from Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 years work experience in HR & GA position (recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Understanding of basic Indonesian Labour Laws and BPJS regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for HR data processing)
• Negotiation skills, communicative communication abilities, and responsiveness in resolving operational problems
