About the role

This role involves monitoring employee attendance, tardiness, and discipline, as well as supporting payroll processes and managing company assets and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and discipline

• Support payroll processes including attendance recaps, overtime, and incentives

• Support the development, implementation, and updating of company SOPs

• Manage company assets including operational vehicles and office equipment

• Manage office operational needs including stationery, logistics, and facilities

• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle service, GPS, and related services

• Conduct periodic asset inventory and audits

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office
• Skills in human resource management, administration, and general affairs
• Strong learning spirit and good communication abilities
• Proactive work attitude
• Class A driving license (SIM A)
