Kriteria :
Pria/Wanita, usia min. 23 Tahun
Minimal pendidikan D1 di bidang yang relevan
Fresh graduate/memiliki pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun di bidang administrasi
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan Microsoft Office
Bisa bekerja sama dalam tim
Tanggung jawab :
Bertanggung jawab membuat dokumen PIB dan harus diselesaikan sebelum ETA Kapal
Mengecek kelengkapan dan kesesuaian dokumen PIB, kemudian email PIB ke customer
Membuat Billing dan harus terbit apabila sudah diminta customer
Menghandle dokumen saat barang diperiksa di lapangan
Mengecek Delivery Order (DO) sebelum Surat Perintah Pengeluaran Barang (SPBB) keluar
Memantau dokumen sampai SPPB keluar
Memberikan SPPB ke bagian tracking
Berkerjasama dengan staf operasional lapangan
Memastikan dokumen sudah lengkap bersamaan dengan ETA Kapal
