Staf PPIC

About the role

This role involves planning and scheduling short-term and long-term production based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and machine/factory capacity. You will monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished products to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term production schedules and plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and machine/factory capacity
• Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished products to align with optimal stock targets
• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA/QC departments to ensure smooth material flow and uninterrupted production processes
• Prepare periodic reports on production efficiency, capacity utilization, inventory turnover, and evaluation of procurement and production lead times
• Ensure raw materials and chemicals used meet production quality standards and applicable regulations

About you

• Minimum D3 degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Chemistry graduates preferred)
• Preferred: minimum experience in PPIC position in manufacturing industry, particularly in chemical, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors
• Fresh graduates with strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory management, and chemical material characteristics are welcome to apply
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and warehouse management
• ERP/SAP system experience is an added value
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel for data processing
• Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, and detail-oriented
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure with good time management
