What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menerima Form Permintaan Barang (FPB) dan Sales Order (SO) dari tim terkait.
- Mencari vendor terbaik, sesuai dengan permintaan dan melakukan negoisasi untuk proses order.
- Membuat perbandingan harga dari beberapa pilihan vendors.
- Membuat Sales Order dan Purchase Order (internal dan external) serta menindaklanjuti hingga barang atau jasa di terima oleh user.
- Mengecek dengan tim terkait penerimaan barang, apakah barang sudah sesuai order atau belum.
- Menindaklanjuti Dokumen tagihan terkait dengan vendor, meminta dokumen tagihan lengkap agar PO bisa close dan vendor terbayar.
- Monitor PO yg pending
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Staf Purchasing selama 2 tahun
- Lebih di utamakan kandidat dari perusahaan iT
