Staf Purchasing

PT Dose Magna Reka is a company in the vape liquid (electronic cigarette) industry, based in Bandung and experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a diligent, honest, and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff with strong negotiation skills to manage the procurement of vape e-liquid product materials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and procure goods according to production and warehouse needs
• Search, select, and establish good working relationships with main suppliers or distributors (local and international)
• Negotiate prices, payment terms (T/O), and delivery times to obtain the best offers
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and oversee the goods delivery process until they arrive at the warehouse safely and on time
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure the quantity and quality of received goods match requirements
• Manage purchasing administration, including data entry into systems, filing invoices/receipts, and coordinating with the Finance team regarding supplier payments
• Monitor market price trends for vape products and seek alternative suppliers that are more competitive

About you

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in any field (Management, Logistics, or Accounting preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience as Purchasing (experience in vape, retail, or FMCG industries is a plus)
• Knowledge of the vape industry (understanding of device types, liquids, and current vape market trends)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for basic formulas and report creation)
• Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under time pressure targets
