Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM
Pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun sebagai Recruitment Staff (industri garmen lebih diutamakan)
Memahami proses rekrutmen
Menguasai tes psikologi (psikotes) dan memahami teknik wawancara
Terbiasa menggunakan job portal, Ms. Office dan Google spreadsheets
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, individu maupun team
