Ledger & Asset Mastery

• Inventory Tracking: Dive deep into daily operational ledger inputs to guarantee rock-solid system data integrity.
• Variance Sleuthing & Reconciliation: Perform thorough reconciliations across general ledger and balance sheet accounts. Uncover the root causes of financial discrepancies and build standard procedures so repeat issues vanish.
• Cash & Banking Operations: Keep the monetary flow seamless by conducting regular bank account reconciliations and ensuring swift, accurate settlements.

Financial Analysis & Actionable Insights

• Monthly Account Deep-Dives: Audit general ledger accounts to catch emerging trends, flag outliers, and supercharge our workflow efficiency.
• Performance Storytelling: Help craft dynamic performance updates comparing actuals against operating budgets, providing key commentary that helps leadership make smart moves.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Take ownership of customized financial summaries and tackle special accounting projects as our business evolves.

Close Management & Audit Readiness

• Period-End Blitz: Play a pivotal role in driving the monthly closing cycle—knocking out required accruals, adjustments, and journal entries with speed and accuracy.
• Governance & Standards: Stand guard over robust internal controls and ensure the financial records stay perfectly aligned with GAAP.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of progressive experience in corporate financial roles. Hands-on exposure to product-centric sectors (consumer goods, wholesale, or retail fulfillment) is a huge plus!
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
