Staff Accountant

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Staff Accountan t to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to build on their experience in a collaborative environment with exposure to month-end close and general accounting responsibilities.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Maintain the general ledger and financial records
• Support AP/AR and cash management as needed
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits
• Analyze financial data and resolve account discrepancies

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, etc.) is a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
