If you enjoy:

• Accounting services for clients including AR, AP and Reconciliations.

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Prepare and post journal entries timely and accurately.

• Financial statement preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial

• Statements.

• Develop strong working relationships with clients through personal attention and

• timeliness of service.

• Communicating with clients as a trusted professional with information requests.

• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP principles.

• Accounting services for tax clients.

If you have:

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience required.

• Experience with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills.

• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.

• Attention to detail.
