Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team at AB Bookkeeping. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights through accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Utilize accounting software for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Support corporate finance activities as needed, including forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or 3 years experience in accounting
• Quickbooks Online experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Sound attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
