Staff Accountant

Sun Gold Power Inc. is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team in Irvine. You will work alongside our current accountant, sharing day-to-day finance responsibilities and supporting the team's workload. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close - Assist with multi-state sales tax compliance filings (High Priority) - Assist with payroll processing and related tax compliance - Maintain accurate financial records in Odoo ERP Requirements: - Degree in Accounting or Finance - Familiar with U.S. sales tax compliance processes - E-commerce industry finance experience preferred - Familiar with Shopify, Odoo, Avalara preferred - Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
