As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities.

Position Summary

The Staff Accountant is responsible for daily accounting activities, accounts payable and receivable, payroll reconciliations, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their accounting career within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform daily accounting functions and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure transactions are accurately coded and recorded.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll reconciliation, and general accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
