I’m partnering with a growing company that’s looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team. Here’s the thing about this one. Skills matter, but culture matters more. What you’ll do

• Own key pieces of the month-end close and help keep it on time and clean
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and support the general ledger
• Build and maintain Excel schedules that other people can actually follow
• Help improve processes as the company grows

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a hands-on role
• Real experience with month-end close and bank reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, and you’re comfortable living in a spreadsheet)
• QuickBooks Online experience is a big plus
• A team-first mindset, curiosity, and follow-through
• Able to work 100% on-site in High Point, NC
