DGI Geoscience Inc. is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting the daily financial operation.

As a staff accountant, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, maintain accounting records, and provide administrative support to the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Coordinate with corporate credit cardholders for job related spending transactions
• Verify, code and process credit cards accurately and in a timely manner
• Preparing monthly billing using NetSuite and QuickBooks online based on Statement Of Hours
• Monitor the status of DGI Mexico accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist the Controller and management team with additional accounting and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous accounting or administrative experience is required
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks online is an asset
• Spanish speaking is an asset

Pay: $65,100.00-$95,300.00 per year
